Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to all coaching services and educational programs offered by Radiantbiosglow. It does not apply to third-party services or products purchased through external vendors.
2. Refund Period
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first coaching session or program commencement. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within this period, no questions asked.
3. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must request the refund within 14 days of your first session
- You must have attended at least one coaching session
- Your account must be in good standing (no disputed payments)
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email info@radiantbiosglow.world with your request and name
- We will process your refund within 7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Services completed beyond the 14-day period
- Workshop or group coaching sessions after attendance
- Membership fees for months already completed
- Access to resource libraries or materials already provided
6. Cancellation of Future Sessions
You may cancel future sessions at any time. Cancellations made 48 hours before your scheduled session will be credited toward future sessions or refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the session cost.
7. Program Refunds
Multi-Session Programs (e.g., 6-Session Foundations Package): If you wish to cancel after commencement, you may discontinue at any time. Refund is calculated as the per-session rate multiplied by remaining uncompleted sessions. Sessions in progress (commenced but not completed) are non-refundable.
Membership Programs: Monthly memberships may be cancelled anytime with notice. No refund is provided for the current month; cancellation is effective from the next billing cycle.
8. Extraordinary Circumstances
If you experience circumstances preventing you from continuing (serious illness, emergency, etc.), please contact us to discuss options. We may offer alternatives such as session deferral, rescheduling, or partial refunds depending on the situation.
9. Disputes
If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, please contact us at info@radiantbiosglow.world. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this policy. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
